Membership Cancellation Policy
Memberships are month-to-month and renew automatically each billing cycle.

Members must cancel at least two weeks prior to the recurring payment date. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.

Once a payment is submitted, it is non-refundable and will remain active for the following month.

If we are notified on the same day the payment posts, a credit may be applied to the account for future use.
